I have known Cassandra for the past 5 years. I have never met a more knowledgeable, caring and results oriented professional when it comes to personal training and movement. I am often inspired by her client success stories and my own personal results. While my own personal journey has not been without some injuries along the way, Cassandra has always been able to modify what I needed.
A super satisfied client!
After starting a pretty intense workout routine, I strained my Achilles tendon, which caused a lot of pain when walking and really limited my activity level. Everything I read said it would take months to heal. I saw Cassandra Gaudet for an assessment of what was going on, and after the one hour appointment, I felt much better. The next morning, I woke up to absolutely no pain! I couldn’t believe it. I really expected it to come right back, but it never did. Months later, I pulled something in my hip area. I tried to take care of it myself, but the pain began keeping me up at night. I really thought it would go away on its own, but after about 2 months of dealing with the pain, I went to see Cassandra again to talk about it. She scheduled me for an assessment (again about an hour), and I was already feeling better by the time I walked out. I didn’t have high hopes because I really thought the miraculous healing of my Achilles was just that…a miracle, not to be repeated. However, the next morning, I woke up, and again, no pain! I really can’t believe that Cassandra was able to identify areas of my body that were not working together the right way, and do something so minimal with such huge results. She is a miracle worker!
What others are saying....
I was immediately impressed with Cassandra Gaudet's knowledge of the human body, how it all works together as one and her professionalism when I hired her six years ago as a personal trainer. During these past years she has consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more.
Cassandra is reliable, dedicated and highly motivated. She is very knowledgeable about how to make this 62 year old body of mine do what it does not want to do. I broke my leg four months ago. After five visits to my doctor's physical therapist, I quit going and have had Cassandra meeting with me three times a week for therapy. The physical therapist only worked on my foot, while Cassandra understood that my entire leg was involved. Her entire approach is very wholistic. My doctor was very impressed at my last visit. He said that most people have not improved like I have. I owe all of that to Cassandra's wisdom and persistence to help me.
She is very organized and diligent and quickly diagnosis any particular difficulties that I am having and knows exactly what to do to help me improve. She continues to complete professional development seminars and is always pursuing some new area to study in her field.
